A simple and hearty keto brownie brownie recipe with only basic ingredients. The most important thing in this recipe is the cooking process. If you bake in a small pan at a temperature of 190 degrees, then you will get plump cakes with a soft center and a hard crust. And if you want a more uniform, firm texture of the cake, then it is better to bake at 180 degrees, but for 5-10 minutes longer.
Keto Brownie Flourless

To prepare the Keto Brownie Flourless recipe
You will need:
- 150 g – Low Carb Milk Chocolate
4 tsp – Oil
3 pcs. – Large egg
50 g – Erythritol
25 g – Mascarpone cheese
25 g – Cocoa
half a teaspoon – Salt
Preheat oven to 190 degrees and place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Melt the chocolate in a small glass container over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it is a liquid, smooth paste.
Add butter to the chocolate and microwave for 10 seconds. Stir. Repeat until the mixture is smooth. Leave aside and let cool slightly while we cook the dough.
In a large bowl, combine three eggs and sweetener. Beat with a mixer on high speed until the eggs are lighter. It will take 3-5 minutes.
Add the mascarpone and beat thoroughly again.
Add 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder and salt. Stir.
Sift the remaining cocoa powder into the dough and stir until smooth.
Make sure your chocolate is still liquid enough. If not, then microwave it for 10 seconds and stir. Pour the chocolate into the dough and mix well – the dough should be creamy and lump-free.
Place the dough in a prepared baking dish and place in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 25 minutes.
Remove carefully from the mold and allow to cool completely before cutting into square brownies.
