Keto Bread Recipe
Bread has always been at the top of the list of prohibited keto foods, but now that’s about to change! The amazing keto bread recipe is a combination of fiber-rich coconut flour, incredibly healthy flax seeds and a couple of standard baking ingredients.
Keto bread is ideal for making sandwiches and sandwiches.
It is best to store the bread in the refrigerator, and slightly reheat it in the microwave before serving.
To prepare the recipe for “Keto bread” you will need:
- 6 pcs. – Large chicken eggs at room temperature
- 125 g – Coconut flour
- 75 g – Flax seeds
- 100 ml – Water
- two teaspoons – Apple vinegar
- half a teaspoon – Baking powder
- half a teaspoon – Soda
- taste – Salt
Sift coconut flour into a bowl
Add all loose ingredients and stir
Beat eggs, add water and vinegar
Stir until smooth
Pour the dough into baking tins and place in an oven preheated to 180 C for 40 minutes.
